Wanting Extended Powertrain Warranty

Hi all,

2018 Touring L Plus, I'm a bit concerned about long term reliability.

What's the best company to get an extended Powertrain warranty from?

I don't want to cheap out, but definitely looking for something cost effective if at all possible.

Thanks!

I went through Endurance and it wasn't all that expensive considering what it's already covered. I have the bumper to bumper coverage that basically covers everything minus a few things such as maintenance items and LEDs and speakers for some reason. Big thing for me is it covers the head gasket repair I'm getting done.

They deal directly with the dealer who gets paid right over the phone with a corporate card. I would avoid carshield even though they have commercials everywhere. They are not great to deal with. The dealership I go to has seen a lot of Endurance warranties. I would call and see what your quote would be. Endurance® Extended Car Warranty Pays For Auto Repairs | Endurance
Are you able to get an oem warranty through Ziegler?
Hi all,

2018 Touring L Plus, 55ish miles, 4 months left on original Powertrain warranty.

Given some recent issues with our van's transmission, I'm a bit concerned about long term reliability.

I am a little partial to Chrysler Factory Warranty for the purchase of an extended warranty.:)
I understand you are just looking for a Powertrain Warranty but you may consider at least going with the Added Care Plus.
If you look into what is covered by a powertrain warranty you will see a lot of the powertrain control modules are not covered. The powertrain warranty usually only covers the internal lubricated parts.

Hope this helps with you decision making process.:):)
