Just want to get idea about what is general popularity of Pacifica Trim here. I'm inclining towards Touring, but may jump ship to Touring L Plus.
What was the feature that made you pick specific trim that you picked ?
Reason for me picking up touring is I find cloth seats to be more comfortable instead of leather. That is my personal preference, and Touring - L onwards all trim I find have Leather only.

For me choosing the Touring-L was the best trim level for my wife and me, since we're retired and in our early 70's. We had no need for the monitors since our grandchildren are all older and up north. I definitely wanted the SafetyTec package, which is standard. I personally prefer the heated leather seats (standard, and yes we do use them occasionally here in central Fla.), added 8.4 Uconnect option, also downloaded NAV after taking delivery. That basically equipped the vehicle to perfectly meet our needs. One other option I would have added, but overlooked would have been the inflatable spare tire.

Touring L Plus for me. Two had to haves were the double DVD screens and 8.4N radio., both of which were standard on the Touring L Plus. I've been satisfied in every respect with the Pacifica, it is everything and more of what I had hoped for.

I have a touring with the power liftgate and 8 in uconnect options. This is by far the most expensive car I have ever owned so I was not ready to spend more then 30k. I also did not think the next models up added anything. I would have needed to go several models up to get worthwhile features.

Deciding factors for us choosing the L+ were the perforated leather seats to help prevent swamp-butt on long drives, heated rear seats for the kids, and the larger EVIC screen. Didn't think the UConnect theater would be as useful as it is but since we figured out how to format the movies onto a USB stick and with each screen able to view a different movie it's quite nice and worth it for us.

There is now a new trim called Touring Plus which has cloth seats and many of the features of the Touring L. I think there is also some sort of promo if you get the 8.4 touch screen and 18 inch tires they would included a ceiling DVD player. I think the roof rack may also be on the new Touring Plus.

Touring L Plus has the seat back entertainment centers. So it just depends on what you want and are willing to pay for. Many on this forum have mentioned ways to try to get the price down.

So as far as I know it's LX, Touring, Touring Plus (new), Touring L (leather seats), Touring L Plus (seat back entertainment + more), Limited, etc.

I like the 8.4 touchscreen which was an option on my Touring L at the time and really enjoy my van. I didn't need leather seats, but at the time it was the cheapest trim that had a roof rack already installed. I don't think the roof rack part was available at the time.

A roof rack can be purchased for less than $400 from the Mopar website if you are willing to do the installation. It seems that the holes are already drilled in the vans and covered by a dark strip of rubber. http://moparonlineparts.com/chrysler-pacifica-roof-rack-p-7187.html Part Number(s): 82214552

We picked up the new touring + trim package primarily due to the added features that package brought and it still retains the cloth seats. Really like that the touring plus went with the fog lights and the upgraded front end, really makes it look nicer. The standard features in the touring + are very functional for us without being excessive.

Pretty much my sentiments: The only thing I would like is the Remote Start: Probably go Aftermarket before next Winter.

TL+ has heated wheel standard, mine has hands free doors & gate as an option (which are awesome!)

what are splash guards, and how do they relate to Nav?

When I purchased my Pacifica in Jan, there were very few Limiteds' in stock in the entire state. Dealers said they could not keep them in stock due to demand. Do not know if they were lying or just trying to sell the stock they had. They wanted me to order one if I wanted a Limited. I refused after doing that once and would never ever do it again. I held out for an 8 passenger Limited with the Advanced Safety Tech group and bought the only one in the state.

How splash guards (mud flaps) have any impact on having the 8.4 NAV is beyond me. Try to build the TL+ with splash guards and it makes you delete them when you add the NAV. Screwy!

Nav is very precise, feels insulted that you are asking for splashguards when it can take u around all potholes and puddles ;)

I wanted the Limited with the Advanced Safety Tech group and no video system. I travel with my dogs so I have always setup my vehicles in the back for them. Went with the no cost 8 passenger option because it gave me a built in barrier for the dogs (keeps my Husky from driving). Also, liked the 8 passenger option because I got the 20" wheels and the sunroof was deleted. Liked the idea you could get a top trim without sunroof (I just never seem to use sunroofs). Keep the 3 row seats stowed and use mopar mat to cover the area behind the 2nd row.
Really like the Limited Tusk White/Alloy appearance inside and out.
