There are many transmission threads. The temporary solution seems to be resetting transmission adaptations which lasted about 10,000-15,000 miles before needing done again. The last time (at 44,000 miles) the dealer tried a fix where the clutch pack timings were adjusted (which was a longer process to complete) and has lasted for more than 9,000 miles so far. I don't know if this is a permanent fix, but you should probably have a dealer try to do something before the 60,000 mile powertrain warranty is over. Take print outs from the forum with you to see if they will do something without having to recreate the issue.
