They are made of fiber , they are there for various reasons . Why the concern about replacing them ?

They are bulging out and the front right is hitting the tire. It will eventually need to be replaced. If this becomes a regular problem, it will get to be an expense I would like to avoid.

Post some pics, there’s a def reason why they are blushing . They absorb water like a sponge but they shouldn’t be swelling out to initiate tire contact
