Hello,I doubt it. The service was originally planned with ATT and therefore I’m guessing the hardware will only work with them. Verizon uses a different technology for its services if I’m not mistaken.
Hi Bond007,I see. I’m in the same situation I guess. My Mopar account doesn’t specifically show that information either. I’m assuming if the radio unit is not paired to their company account then OTAs are out of question. So if the dealership won’t fix it, who is going to do that? Would @ChryslerCares help with that?
