I'll throw some fuel on the fire here, I just went ahead and replaced ours with a fancy Michelin beam type wiper from Walmart. They work great so far! And they look uber cool, because as a minivan owner, that's important to me. They work great even at very high speeds.

If you guys decide to just replace. Don't forget my tip of getting 28 inch driver side wipers. They don't hit at all and you get a bigger wipe. OEM says its 26 inch for the driver.
