Sleeping in VAN with Heat/AC while plugged in?

If you are at a campground plugged into power, is there anyway to sleep all night in the Pacific Hybrid with the AC or heater running. If possible, would the level 1 120v charger be enough to run the AC or heater all night and not run down the battery? I have a charger that can charge at 240V at 12amps if required. I do not want the engine to run only use electric power.

Adding a little detail in this thread:
Yes, you can have the car turned on with the A/C running while it is plugged in. However, the car turns itself off after 30 minutes in this state, so you need to keep turning it back on or make a device to do so. I made one and describe it in a link from the other thread.

No, a 110v 12A charger isn't quite enough power to run A/C. If you let the van batteries charge to ~40% or so, it would likely be able to run A/C through the night using the 110v power and slowly consuming battery. I've thought about getting a 110v 16A charger, which should be able to keep up. You need a 20A circuit to use this type of charger. 220v 12A is more than enough to run A/C and slowly charge the van.

See PacControl | 2017+ Chrysler Pacifica “camper mode” (scottlouvau.github.io) for my write-up on the device.
