my 2018 non-hyb has the same issue now, just the PRNDL lights blinking and a little noise that sounds like a click. We had the AUX battery replaced by the dealer 2x, it worked for a month or two then it would give us the same error saying the start/stop wasn't working, we gave up on it since it was working fine, minus the start/stop which we didn't care as taking it back to the dealer is a headache.

Now apparently I need a new AUX battery so the car will start after 2 years of it not working? This is weird. I'm going to pray it starts and runs normal and see if a dealer will take this nightmare of a car for anything sitting on the lot.
