I don't think they call it a tune-up anymore. How many miles are on the current set of plugs?

I changed the plugs on our '18 Pacifica a year ago. There are lots of videos on YouTube. You'll see it is easy to accidentally break connectors (electrical, pcv hose, etc) if you aren't careful. To that end I spent lots of time learning how to do each one before I even ordered the plugs.

Guess the real question is how handy are you and do you feel like you could confidently do it yourself? It's not a hard job by what I've seen and I've done other vehicles that were a lot more complicated but sometimes people kind of get nervous just working on vehicles, others are handy and know how to do mechanics, and others would rather just pay someone else so really comes down to how you feel on the subject. If you think you can do it yourself then I'd look at what they said they were going to do but also look into the manual and see what 100k miles is supposed to have done. Before you start just watch a few videos of others doing it to get confidence but also an understanding how of how it all comes apart since they put so much crap in such a small area.
