We have a 2021 Pacifica Pinnacle PHEV that we purchased new. We took the vehicle in for service July 2024. Ever since, CHECK ENGINE light. Have taken back to dealer 4 times and now on again. It is absurd. No one cares and indifferent to all the inconveniences. Something is very wrong and contacted Chrysler Consumer Affairs. Equally impossible. No one answers the phone. We are exhausted by this death by a thousand cuts. Love the vehicle when it works. BUT too many headaches. Would not buy again.
