Recommendation: Don't wait 10 years or 150kmiles to do drain and fill as I think the properties in the liquid with cooling and cleaning break down.. ;)
I wonder if early coolant replacement would help prevent early head gasket failure.

It couldn't hurt as the gasket holds the coolant back in the block ..Best way to preserve Head Gasket is don't drive it hard or over 3500-4k rpms..Most times it's the high compression and higher Rpm's that rattle things loose .

I don't know why people believe that MS.90032 is concentrate and MS.12106 is pre-diluted, but MS.12106 is available in both concentrate and pre-diluted forms, 68163848AB is the concentrate and 68163849AB is the pre-diluted.

It's possible that MS.90032 is only available as a concentrate, but I still haven't seen evidence that MS.90032 actually exists. Does anyone have a picture of a container of Mopar coolant with MS.90032 on the label?

I'm still a little bit fuzzy on all this I'm not sure what came first the chicken or the egg if the MS 12106 replaced the 90032 or vice versa. I just got this 90032 from Amazon last week in the concentrate. On the coolant recovery bottle on my '18 Touring L it states MS12106 but in the owners manual it says 90032 required. Clearly a contradiction that's quite confusing and frustrating.. I know that both are totally compatible and the same as long as you know the difference between the concentrate and the 50/50 pre diluted.. I was actually even a little bit upset because on the Amazon ad it clearly stated MS12106 but I got the 90032 in the mail but after I did some research it won't hurt its the same just different updated part numbers....I'm assuming

They are both the same thing. The part numbers on the bottles are the same for the concentrate. Everything is based on part numbers. If they were different or a revised version that part number would reflect that. A revised version for this product would end in AC. If changed again it would be AD so on.

So I guess the bottom line would be to pay close attention to the actual part number and not so much anything else....👍

but my factory coolant looks Orange or pink, it does not look purple at all...

That is the correct part number ‎68163849AB. The color will be purple.

If it is orange, they sent you the wrong part by mistake. Orange, do not use.

just so I'm clear, if the part number is correct and it's purple, you're saying I can pour that and mix it with my current coolant that's Orange? I just want to make sure... thx.

I just went through all this with my 18 Touring L. Any new Pacifica '17 and up comes with the purple Chrysler coolant however when it ages it starts to turn more orange for some reason which is mormal. I did a total drain flush and fill on mine and the concentrate is the MS 90032. If you are topping up you can use the Ms-12106 that's the 50/50..The stuff you bought from Amazon is just fine for topping up your recovery tank... when I took out my radiator drain plug and drained it last month it looked like tomato soup. When I refilled it with the new stuff it was totally purple. I always suggest people do total drain and fills in case that coolant breaks down for some reason remember you have a water pump in there that needs good stuff for its bearings

It looks like MS.90032 comes in both concentrate and prediluted as well. I just got this from Amazon today despite their picture showing MS 12106.

at Walmart today I saw this interesting prestone Dex-Cool coolant that in the fine print says it's good for Chrysler ms-12106. that's the number stamped on my coolant reservoir. I don't know what color is prestone is and it didn't say OAT either. anyone used it? picture attached.
I too have went this route and was told it is okay to run in the vans. Auto parts store have Dex-cool listed as a proper coolant for the pacifica.

just go to Chrysler $8 more for the authentic Pacifica purple so it's all uniform as Chrysler spec rather than mixing Dex cool GM orange junk in it

Thanks, I only used a half a quart of Dexcool. I will get rid of the dexcool if I need to refill and go with the chrysler coolant.

There is no problem with Dexcool. It meets the standards established by the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) for D3306 which is what your Pacifica needs. There is no pixie dust in the Chrysler coolant and you don't need to waste your time or money going to Chrysler to get it. If anyone mentions MS-12106 or MS-90032 they haven't done their homework. Chrysler used those numbers in the manual but they are Chrysler numbers and not spec standards so you can safely ignore them. This is the only spec which matters:

What M0Par says above may be true, but both of our Pacificas have Mopar extended warranties. I'm not about to risk a service advisor denying coverage because I saved a few bucks and mixed non-Mopar coolant with real Mopar coolant, but, hey, that's just me.

I wouldn't give Chrysler any opportunity to weasel out of a warranty repair either!
