Does Pacifica touring comes with Electronic Vehicle Tracking System?

Hi everyone, I am from Canada. I am buying my first pacifica ever. So I don’t know much about it. I wanted to know if 2017 Pacifica touring comes with Electronic Vehicle Tracking System? If not, should I get It installed? Does it worth the money?

Dealer is going to install remote start for me, If EVTS is worth the money I can ask him to install it at same time.

The Touring doesn’t come with vehicle tracking. There are two ways to get vehicle tracking on the Pacifica. One is by getting that Mopar Electronic Vehicle Tracking System. The other way is to get the Uconnect 4C NAV system with SiriusXM Guardian.

Is vehicle tracking worth it? I personally wouldn’t pay extra for it. If you’re particularly worried about the vehicle being stolen or would like to be able to check on its location then it might be worth it.

That’s is why you have theft insurance. This is not a million dollar car or a rare car to need 24 hour tracking. Anyway if you managed to recover a stolen Pacifica after several days or weeks, you will wish that you hadn’t found it.
