They are the same bolt pattern and will bolt up, yes.
The Pacifica runs larger tires though, so the tires will not work if you want your speedo to read correctly.

If the same wheel will fit an older caravan and a Pacifica, then the bolt pattern has to be the same.

Considering they make the same wheel with numerous bolt patterns, that's a terrible way to test.
