Probably a faulty component from the factory. Let the dealer handle it. With such little mileage you can complain to your sales rep and should be able to procure a loaner.

 

If the light stayed on the codes are hard codes , I f the light goes off and that usually means soft codes . Let them read the codes and diagnose what they say . The fan will do that depending on a couple of factors , is the vehicle accepting a charge , is it able to run on battery alone , when you shut it off can you hear it literally disconnect from the power supply .after it runs on battery and you turn it off you will hear a clinch sound from front rt floor area .
