A bit of an aside; if you have a former rental company van, they often spec/ include a lifetime engine hour monitor (idle, and total) added in the "Vehicle Info" menu (w/ oil life, TPMS, temp, voltage, etc.)

I should assume then that my van was a formal rental, as in the vehicle info section I have exactly as you describe: Engine Hours, Total and Idle.

Just a note for anybody that comes across this post in the future, make sure you enter your VIN in using CAPITAL letters or it won't work. Took me couple tries as I thought I was entering it wrong, even though I had triple checked it and it look correct, as I kept getting an empty build sheet that claimed it couldn't find my VIN. Used capitals letters and it worked perfectly afterwards. Poor programming on whomever wrote the script for that, but whatever.
