How many miles? Could be good news (from a certain point of view)...
Had the recall done on Feb 17th at 31526 miles.
Current Mileage now is 33561 as of May 9th.
Driven roughly ~2k and just over 2 1/2 months before the P0BBE appears.

I will also note that there's been a heat wave and today was the hottest day at 95F degree. Yesterday was in the 80s and prior was in the 70s. Dropping back down into the 70s in a few days. I'm curious when it does start be be summer months, if there's going to be more issues.

Well a little good news then (the news gets better the nearer 100k)...

From this thread, It sounds like people are also having issues after the 72B recall (for 2019-2021 vehicles).

Could a moderator update the title to reflect that to get more eyes/reports on this issue?
I knew 73B was not for my 2019 and normally I wouldn't have come into the thread.

That's not really how it works (this thread belongs to the OP). If you think detailed tracking of the issue would be helpful, I'd suggest starting a thread (linking to this one) with the details you'd like to see reported similar to what @PacificaMinivanFan started for the engine failures.

Thanks to @ThisSuckersElectrical for the tip to come to this thread.

I'll show my scan of the error codes I got, including what I figure was the more serious P1C5E.

Currently the dealer is awaiting a decision from Chrysler.
If the recall caused these codes, I'm hoping I have a case despite being out of warranty.
Thoughts?
I had the 73B recall done 1/25/25. Went back to the dealer the day after the U0412 code showed up 3/5/25. They charged me $229 even though they did nothing because the code was no longer active. Engine light came on 5/1/25 and hasn't cleared, and the hybrid battery has refused to charge since then, so I ordered a code reader and found new codes today 5/13/25: P1C5E Hybrid/EV Battery Voltage Sense Circuit Low, and U115A Body Control Module Code. Is this likely related to the 73B "fix"? Dare I take it back to the dealer?

Hi - This feels like you might be lucky enough to have U0412 and bonus unrelated problems. I would go back the the dealer - while U0412 is unresolved, they hopefully will be able to fix the other issues and get your battery charging again.

Update to my earlier comments: they are replacing the HV battery under the recall even though I'm over 220k miles. I also paid a diagnostic fee after my first return visit that didn't go anywhere and later the dealer called back and said they were working with corporate on getting a replacement battery which is arriving next week for my 2018. Insist they open a STAR case and reach out to ChryslerCares here so they can assist.

To paraphrase another poster: keep the faith and the electron gods shall reward you, whether they be the old ones or the new ones

I would suggest taking it back to the dealer. Considering you have an active DTC and P1C5E that indicates a new battery. Keep us posted

My reply below was meant for this thread but the stupid ads prevented it from working correctly

2018 Limited Pacifica Hybrid Roughly 120k miles went in and had the recall done (73B) on 4/18 and the light came on last Thursday (U0412) (5/8). When I went to Auto Zone to get the code checked, the light went off. It came back on just today 5/13. Scheduled an appointment with the dealer and contacted Stellantis. I’ll keep you all apprised.

EDIT: AutoZone did see the code as stored and I have a printout of it as well.

This is great news. My dealer told me he's "doing me a favor" by further investigating and giving info to Chrysler on the codes.
Now that I know you are getting a new battery I'll let him know of the precedent.
Thanks for reporting in.

I am having the same error code on my 2028 pachy. I also finished the battery anode tab recall. Is there any guidance on how best to handle it?

Giving an update to my situation. I just got back the van today after leaving it last Friday with the dealer. Dealer said they reached out to star and were told to do a integrity check and it passed. So they released the vehicle back to me. This was for the P0BBE error that I got after 2+ months/2k+ miles after the recall and no issue with the U0412 code. Was told by the advisor to monitor and see and take it back if it comes back again. I read from other that they ended up having their batteries replaced so I'm curious if it comes back if that's going to be next or if this is going to end up being like the U0412 with no real resolution. Crossing finger that it might be a fluke but never know with this vehicle anymore.

I had the 73B recall done on 2/18. The check engine light came on yesterday, and my scanner said it's a U0412 code. The light turned off when I drove it today. It seems like this is a pretty common issue. Any word on a fix?

They owe you $229...don't take no for an answer. See if @ChryslerCares can step in...

I’m having this error now too. A few times. U0412. If I clear it, it just comes up again days or weeks later. Now it won’t turn off. 2018 Pacifica Hybrid Limited. Car runs perfectly otherwise but recall was done earlier this year.
If the CEL wont turn off, I recommend taking it in to the dealer and reaching out to chryslercare to get some support.
