The new E-SHOP is a nice option to avoid dealer games, add-ons, and high-pressure BS. The 'how it works' video is kind of stupid, dropping a golf cart-sized van in a living room. However, it is nice to see Chrysler taking steps to bypass sleazy dealer tactics.

New Chrysler Amazon store. This is a nice option. The video of the white Pacifica Hybrid doing a torque steer burnout with the small print, "PROFESSIONAL DRIVER ON CLOSED COURSE, DO NOT ATTEMPT," is silly. LOL, screw that, I'm going out today, turning traction control off to see if mine can do that; otherwise, it is deceptive marketing.
