When our Pacifica was delivered the wheel locks and key were in a white plastic bag. Have you looked in seat wells or any compartments in the rear side areas. There was also typically a card in the glove box that at least shows the manufacturer and contact information. In any case I would call around to vehicle dealers to see who may have keys they may believe could safely remove the locks.
I couldn’t agree more, and that is why on my first tire rotation I had the dealer put back the standard lug nuts and I put my locks and two keys in a drawer forever. I knew the locks would more than likely cause me issues rather than prevent wheel theft.
