My son just informed me the power seat wont recline in the 3rd seat of our 2018 limited Pacifica. I checked it out and have no problems from the controls by the rear hatch, can move to stow and back. The problem comes from trying to recline from both the driver side and passenger side reclining switches by the seats. I unplug everything and tried to reset it by doing that but no luck. Figured a switch went bad but thought it was weird both aint working. Thanks for any help.

You can try pulling the fuse for the folding seat module (F42) for few minutes to reset it. If that doesn't work you'll need to take it somewhere to have them figure it out. The only other thing you could do is look for any damaged wires in that area. It's odd that the automated buttons in the cargo area work but the controls by the seats don't.
