Just had my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid experience this - check engine light, AutoZone read it as P0e7c. I went to the dealer, they fixed it under California 15/150 PZEV-TZEV warranty, no cost to me. Tech notes said the coolant hitemp shutoff valve was internally shorted, replaced it, all good.
