Update for mine, I must have been in the shop 8 times with this issue.
They replaced the driver side nut a second time and applied loctite again. Fixed it for a week before the same noise came back. Then they replaced the driver side nut again for a third time, over retorqued both sides slightly and used a second nut on top of the axle nut to make sure there is no way it backs out. They marked both side again to measure any backing out.

So far so good after a week, it's the quietest it has ever been.

BTW they made me drive a brand new 2023 Pinnacle with 200km on the odometer, it made the exact same sound, it was actually worse then mine. They did agnoledge the TSB I had found regarding the clicking and replacing the axle/driveshaft/nut, however since a brand new one did the same noise they said it more than likely wouldn't fix it. They also tested two other PacHy they had in the shop for repairs, both had that noise.

IMO there is clearly an issue with the axle nut design, which lets it back out over time for some folks.
What is the TSB for this? My dealer could not diagnose the sound.

Can anyone confirm what size socket the Pacifica's axle nut requires? Is it 34mm? And anyone know the torque spec..?
I'm going to try DIY during my next tire rotation. Nut removal, clean, lube, reinstall, and torque...

Just purchased a used 2022 Pacifica Touring L with 28k miles. Had this exact noise as the video above.
Jacked up removed front wheels. Backed off and retorted both front axle nuts, They did not seem loose. After putting it all back together noise is gone. Took less than an hour. 19mm for wheel lugs and 34mm for Axle nuts, Torqued axle nuts to 80 ft lbs, The book said 70 but I went a little over.

My 2020 Pachy had this exact problem since about 18 months ago, plus an annoying jolt that happens mostly at the same time as the click sound.
2022 Summer, I started noticing the clicking noise when putting my foot on the acceleration pedal. It happened mostly on highway but not very often, so it didn't grab my attention.
2023 May, I started to noticing it a lot more, and I took it to a Chrysler dealer. They checked and told me that it needs a new transmission. The part took 4 months to arrive and got installed in October. However, the noise stayed, and got louder. Btw, the new tranny, which they say it's a 2nd gen pachy tranny, got a louder whining noise.
2023 November, I took the van in for the same problem as well as the acceleration jolt. This time they say it needs a new drive shaft to fix the noise, and tuned the ECU to try to ease the jolt.
Today, I still feel the jolt from the gas pedal, and still waiting on the shaft part to arrive.

Tuned the ECU?
hmm, maybe the transmission control unit? I can't remember the exact term they told me, but something along the line like "we tuned the computer to adjust the setting for the clutch in the transmission, which should make the jolt less noticeable."
I'm still trying to understand what clutch they were talking about, but the tuning does make the jolt a tiny bit less obvious in some corner cases.

There is no tuning, clutch, or shift gears in the Si-EVT. However, it has six static spring compressed torque limiter clutch packs on the Si that never change the amount of pressure on them or are controlled by a computer. It sounds like they ran you a line of BS to get you out the door, which is typical for most dealers.

When I took my van into the dealer for the clunk they told me it was motor mounts, 2k to replace all 3 of them, I passed, I looked at the mounts and they looked fine to me. The noise got worse and when I jacked up the van the isolator on the bottom had a lot more play in it, I replaced it, here is a picture of both side by side:

The clunk is not gone, but it is less, going to try to change the mount on top of the transmission next, from what I see it looks fine but its hard to tell when its installed. If you look at both parts, you can see they did update it so maybe this one will be stronger.

Got mine back from the dealer after replacing the engine / transmission mounts. Seems to be fixed the issue for me.
I'm going to the dealer for this on Monday; any chance you can screenshot the repair description from the ticket/work order/receipt? I'm terrified that I'll waste time and they will claim there's no problem so this would help.

I wonder what the reason is for not having that isolator be a pressed in formfitting solid piece of rubber? The redesign definitely appears stronger...I'm having my transmission replaced with ~10,000 miles on it on the 30th. I'll see if any of the aforementioned topics this month come up in the Star Case and post here if relevant.
