BTW my original fix of doubling up the nuts is still holding strong after 2 years and about 35k km. I was told it was torqued at the original spec + a bit.

Finally no more wheel shaft clicking under acceleration or when letting off the gas. Great buy of this Nord-Lock style wedge-locking steel washers. Accidently order few more set of this. If anyone need this PM me. Only took me 15 minutes to install this washer both side.
