One other thing that used to produce creaks on our older 2008 Town & Country ... and I think I'll need to address on our Pacifica at some point as they really appear to share the same door hardware design .... are the metal tabs to which the sliding doors secure to when closed. A dab of white lithium grease spread across them prevents the doors from emitting creaking sounds, particularly when the chassis flexes while maneuvering on relatively uneven roadway (coming in/out of driveways, for example).
I would agree with other comments above, though, that this sounds more like suspension related components.
