Dunno, but if you go on to Tire Rack and put in a Pacifica and an older Caravan and look for wheels, they'll tell you....

 

nice idea, but no joy. tire rack will tell you the dimensions of the wheels, but not the spacing/diameter of the lug nuts.

 

Yes, my 2019 Caravan spare bolted up fine to my 24 Pacifica S, Hybrid, but there is about a 3" height difference. If I get a flat on the front, I plan to put the spare on the rear, and then have 2 matching diameter tires on the front. The Caravan spare will fit in the left rear seat well if the seat is removed and its slightly deflated, but since there is a air pump there, it works for me since I never use the back seat.

 

I like that idea of removing the seat for storing the wheel. I don't use the third row seat anyway- at least not at the moment.

 

They are the same bolt pattern and will bolt up, yes.
The Pacifica runs larger tires though, so the tires will not work if you want your speedo to read correctly.

 

Any DGC, CTC wheels down to the 17" will fit the pacifica. I use 17" steel wheels on mine.
If you have AWD, only 18" wheels will fit as those come with larger front brakes.
