Hey Acv1081 great ride; my 2022 ceramic gray Limited is on order and as soon as it gets here I was planning on installing the same kit. Can you share your experiences regarding how it drives/handles? Been on any fire roads? Any comments on daily use/driving with the kit installed? Still running the same wheel/tire combo? Just want to make sure I know what I'm getting into.

Hi all, 2020 Limited here, V6, FWD. Since ripping the belly (twice), I have decided to install a lift kit. JOR looks like a good kit. Can I use the original tires with the 3" lift kit? It's still under warranty until April 23, but that's not a long wait.

Any advice is welcome. Thank you in advance.

It may look a little funny with the oem 29” tires, but there’s no reason it won’t work.

Hey just saw that Journeys Off Road has a Lift Kit for the 2021 Chrysler Pacifica, has anyone taken a look at it or had one installed?

I had their 3" lift installed on my 2012 Sienna but lost it in the divorce....

It looks like a huge clearance increase and looks a lot better with the A/T Tires!!

This is a 2018 Pacifica with JOR 2.75 inch lift and 245/70/17 BFG All Terrain Radials.

Jor built and installed it on my 2021 just last month.(I drove to their shop. $750 install. 5 hours shop time)
It raised it as it should. No driving differences felt or found other than height.
Spacers, flares and ko2's to follow.

No one notices the lift or the stock tires.
I'll take Pics when the snow clears up.

Without you telling us how yours was lifted and which kit you used nothing can be determined about your problem.

Kit type and installed correctly?

Real wheel alignment done at Time of install?

Miles on your Pac?

Which bushings and how are they compromised? Cuts...squish...wear...slop...popped out?

Prior maintenance or damage?

Usage of Pac?

Wheel spacers or wheel of wheel offset changed?

Pictures?

Hello!

Thanks for your input. Was your car still under warranty when you had it installed by chance? We still have warranty, but would like to install it & wondering if it will mess with that. Thanks in advance!

By federal law,
The lift cannot mess with warranty other than the parts the lift actually, physically, impacts.
If you break a strut, warranty MIGHT not help.
If your ac goes out, federal law says
No impact on warranty.

And
The Post above of
I lifted my Pac and now the bushings are a problem;

He could have lifted it by using beer cans filled with concrete wedged into the springs for all we know.
I ignored it.

We took the chance at about 8,000 miles on odometer and 2 years on warranty.
Vehicle was all but useless to us without the lift.
I made the lift appointment before we even bought the Pac.

Still no changes noticed in any way before and after the lift, except height.

Installed the JOR, 2.75" lift on my 2020 gas, AWD Pacifica. Love it so far.

The alignment shop had trouble getting the right rear aligned. He couldn't get it far enough, still out about 1.3° No problem with the other 3 wheels. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas on solutions?

Nothing they told me.
If mine is also out that far there has been
No consequence
No pull or wander
No vibration
No wear(I'll double check wear this week).

And
If you don't trust the alignment guy in that you asked us for solutions he didn't have;
Invest in having another shop look at it.

Hello Briano567,
Just purchased a 2021 Pacifica L S and plan on installing a Journey's off road lift kit. While looking at tires the guy at the shop said this was a real bad idea. Said it would put a lot of stress on the geometry of the vehicle. Which could cause lots of issues down the road. Damaging axles, cv boots and other issues like bad gas mileage, stress on the shocks and poor handling of the vehicle. Also said it would be dangerous to drive. This really bummed me out and made me feel like I purchased the wrong van. Could you give me your thoughts and experience on this. Reading your post has given me hope for the mods I would like to do.
Thank you

I'm not sure what you read
But
Brian made only one post almost a year ago having no opinion or review or input.

You tire guy has likely never seen a lifted Pacifica and is not employed in vehicle repair.
He's accomplished(hopefully)in one of the simplest jobs on the planet.
Smoke...Blown.

My lifted Pac has no problems of any sort.

This is my understanding of how aftermarket parts are treated regarding warranty.

Understanding the Magnuson-Moss Act as it Relates to Aftermarket Car Parts - BRADFORD, LTD

But I would definitely contact my dealer service center or Chrysler as well.

Nice to hear from you Ducksface.
I originally tried to contact you with a personal message. But I'm new to the forum and had not met the requirements to do so. Stoked to get your response. Also had another question for you. What size tire did you put on your Pacifica after the lift was installed?

I'm still running stock tires.
I have some 3peak tires picked out for when these time out.
3peak are allowed on some roads in lieu of tirechains.

There's a thread on here of the two brands that make the only 3 peak tires that will fit. I don't remember both brands but the toyo brand is pushing the envelope of size. I think one is designated as 'at3'.
Also
You'll need one inch spacers for any wider tire.
The spacers commonly available have metric(or sae, whichever is opposite of what we now have)lugnuts.
This is no big deal except you'll slightly confuse your tire guy for about 10 seconds.
Or
Custom spacers are about $300.

Fender flares will NOT(I bought mine without knowing) fit in the rear so tires wider than one size from ours will not fit due to the sliding door.

I did not care enough to check into the door slide extenders I have read about which are used by disability lift installers.

That's about it.
We have a mile(ish) rural dirt driveway and live off of the worst section of i40.
No rattles, no problems.
It's just high enough to make an oil change comfortable and just high enough to make short folk complain.

Personally I can't see the height difference readily.
Other folks have commented due to just a glance at the gas station.
If no lift had been available we'd have bought a trx.

I can't comment on gas mileage because it was installed about 200 miles after we bought the Pac.
We don't care about mileage. We drive the **** out of our vehicles.
I doubt a change in mileage. I doubt it due to having previously owned or currently owning many lifted vehicles. No silly boy-bait lifts, they were/are all practical farm/ranch/off road/winter lifts.

Dealers do not care unless the lift impacts a part the lift damaged.
I believe lifts are/were specifically mentioned in ram truck warranty docs.

My Pac had 5600 miles and 28 months left on the warransty upon our purchase.
I didn't hesitate to add the lift.
This was due to my life experiences and knowledge.

Ducksface your are the person I've been looking for. Thank you!! We were almost talked out of the lift and we started 2nd guessing our purchase. I really appreciate your time and helping me out. Just curious what other modifications have you done with your van? I will be in touch if I have an other questions. Once again thank you for time. I'll keep you updated on our progress ☺
