My Pacifica Touring with the 5 inch touch screen starting freezing / locking up yesterday. The radio would still play but couldn't change the channel or volume with either the steering wheel controls or the touch screen. Also couldn't go to any other screens on the LCD including climate control, phone, media, etc. After about 5 or 10 minutes the screen would do a reboot and work for maybe 5 minutes then freeze again. Sounds like others have had this same issue. Has anybody had a successful fix for this? I would like as much info as possible before taking it to my dealer. Thanks.

Hi. My USB worked fine for a few months and now it won't change tracks or bring up playlist. Did default setting and it worked again till the next time car was started. Dealer claimed they replaced radio and control units and problem still is there. Now they say they don't know what to do and want me to go away. Any suggestions? Thanks. Rich B.
