I'm having this problem now, beginning immediately following a dealer flash of various modules, including the PIM, HCP/AHCP, PCM and others, done while I was finally getting the recall inspection done (thank God it passed). I can charge fine on the regular Level 1 charger, but the Level 2 I've been using for 4 years (two different Juiceboxes over time, the latest for the past 18 months or so) suddenly throws off the Service Charging System error almost every time I try to use it. I don't see any codes at least using Torque Pro to read them. I don't have a second Level 2 charger to test against, although I'll try to find one in the neighborhood. (I should note that the Juicebox continues to work perfectly charging our Ford C-MAX Energi, so it doesn't appear to be the unit, and the timing of the problem suggests it's my PacHy rather than the Juicebox at fault.)

Are there any other diagnostic tricks anyone can suggest? Thanks. {Jonathan}
