Just google search 21 Pacifica strut and you’ll see . And you probably are mistaken the dealer telling that mopar sells a dealer strut kit for the Pacifica . There’s many a manufacturers that make struts for Pacifica besides mopar own

but you are in Canada. I am in USA and after a Google search only shows me results from 2017 to 2020 only. I mean its that hard to find this parts for the new 2021 model?

How many miles? It is unusual for a 2021 to need struts already. Maybe get a second opinion before you go thru replacing struts?

There was a recall on the front axle nut torque, it made noise if it wasn't tightened. Maybe this is the cause? Seems pretty fast for struts on a 2021, Unless it has some big miles on ruff surfaces.

I am very frustrated. I bought the car 1 month ago. Have 68k miles. And suddenly started this noises, like knocking in the front. I bring ro a mechanic close to me and he put in the elevator and said was the struts the problem.

Yes I saw this link from Mopar too but seems a little confused. Only that draw, no real pictures. Also that draw looks like the shocks are inverted. Doesn't looks for the Pacifica according what I seem here in my car. I don't know. You said have a lot after market out there, can you please recommend one? A link? Because I didn't find any in Google. Thanks

there says no recall on my 2021. Maybe this same nut lose again?
