Hello All,
Two weeks ago my wife was driving our 5 month old 2018 Pacifica Hybrid when all the lights on the dashboard went off and the van wouldn't drive anymore. The car was on but did not have any forward momentum.
We had it towed to the Dealership where they proceeded to replace a "hybrid disconnect" part but that didn't fix the problem. Now they are saying they have to order another part which is back ordered and it will be another 2-3 weeks.
The Dealer has had the van for two weeks already so adding another 2 - 3 weeks will put it well over a month. They have given us a rental while they try to fix it but it is a gas guzzling Durango. The main reason why we purchased the hybrid was the gas savings which we are now not realizing.
Do we have any recourse?
Has this happened to anyone else?
All advice is greatly appreciated.
Thank you
