I’m also inclined to agree it’s just an internal wiring issue. The techs do not crack open these transmissions. We’re specifically instructed not to do so. Nothing odd about it, just how they are bout the ZF transmissions. Most we do is change a valve body.

My 21 has 17170 miles and has had this same issue 2 months ago - software was updated and was supposed to fix it. I did file a complaint both times. I don't have a replacement car yet . Dealers here say they are out for next 2 weeks.

Will file for rental car with Chrysler Cares..........

The hybrid transmissions are made by ZF also?

The Pacifica Hybrid transaxle is assembled at the Tipton Transmission plant. It was developed in consultation with Ricardo and uses components, particularly electronics, from Magneti Marelli.
