I certainly would but haven't seen such an offer in Canada. Is anyone considering the Limited Hybrid Promo offer? It features a 0% APR for 72 months. I've been reaching out to various dealers for quotes, but it seems that the prices aren't significantly reduced because of the 0% financing offer.
Sales tax in Ontario is 13% just one example.Where is sales tax more than 10% and license fees $950?
the 0% apr deal is saving on interest, not to reduce the actual price of the car? I mean.. WHAT?Is anyone considering the Limited Hybrid Promo offer? It features a 0% APR for 72 months. One dealer told me since they are losing money by offering 0% APR they cannot give a bigger discount on the actual price of the car.the 0% apr deal is saving on interest, not to reduce the actual price of the car? I mean.. WHAT?
Maybe, as the 0% 72mo offer may not be combined with other offers, namely the "employee price" discount of ~$4500, but we're talking semantics. You can take 0% 72mo, or you can take $4500 off.One dealer told me since they are losing money by offering 0% APR they cannot give a bigger discount on the actual price of the car.
That is correct you can only pick one offer not both. I am still trying to get dealers to bring the price down even though I am going for the 0% 72mo offer.Maybe, as the 0% 72mo offer may not be combined with other offers, namely the "employee price" discount of ~$4500, but we're talking semantics. Bought Limited hybrid recently. It is true that you can either get the full dealer discount or the 0% APR. I negotiated with multiple dealers and got $6K in dealer discounts. They said I would get $9K in discounts if I got a loan. Savings with 0% sounded much better to me. If you are doing that, I highly recommend getting GAP or putting down a large down paymentIs anyone considering the Limited Hybrid Promo offer? It features a 0% APR for 72 months. Is the $6,000 discount offered in conjunction with a 0% APR deal? That's an excellent price! After speaking with several dealers, the best I've been able to secure is a $4,500 discount along with the 0% APR.Bought Limited hybrid recently. Thanks for the recent buying tip. I was considering paying cash, but if Chrysler dealers are only willing to provide further discounts if they receive loan kickback, then the right thing to do would be to take the $9K discount, finance at whatever ludicrous rate they offer, then paying off immediately with a lump sum. I will use the $9K discount as my target while shopping.Bought Limited hybrid recently. It is true that you can either get the full dealer discount or the 0% APR. Yes the discount was with 0% APR. Although they did add a protection package but everyone was doing something similar. Make sure you negotiate on those and get pricing online for GAP, extended warranty if you are getting that. My insurance had a GAP add on that was cheaper than the dealer one. I appreciate your recommendation regarding Gap insurance, especially since I plan to make a $0 down payment.
Makes sense. I was considering buying with cash too but 0% changed my mind. Thanks for the recent buying tip. You rock! Thanks for the tip. Out the door for just under $55k add in my flight and gas back home, a touch over $55k for the Pinnacle Hybrid. Where I live, could not get out the door for less than $60k. I should qualify for the full rebate.A dealer attempted to post an ad for themselves that is not allowed by our corporate overlords. But I want to share the info, as it may be useful. Apparently, MD dealerships offer $10K off for the 23 PacHys in stock. Based on my own shopping experience 2 years ago, MD PacHy prices were among the lowest in the nation. I don't want to give any names but start with dealers around Baltimore.
Number 5 is a scam and is only there for repossession should you not make your payments. The Uconnect system already has GPS location built in, vehicle recovery, and is only accessible to the owner, not the dealer or lean holder. They will, at any time, be able to monitor your speed, track your whereabouts, and have a detailed history of everywhere you go. Do not think they are doing you a favor by installing this product. It is installed for them, and you paid the bill for your own monitoring.2023 PacHy Pinnacle
1. Sticker price: $62,135
2. Dealer discount: $7452
3. Chrysler rebates: $3750 (3000+750)
4. Other rebates: none
5. Add ons: $1790 (SWAT GPS and scratch protection)
6. Fees (doc fee, ev registration, license, registration, ca tires): $678
7. Tax: $4,383.25
8. Out the door price: $57,784.25
Dealer already advertised 5662 discount, i basically negotiated the addons (1790) for free to get a total of $7452 discount. It was something we don't need. We should get the 7500 rebate for grand total of around $50,300. We started out shopping for the limited version but ended up with the pinnacle as it seems to get better discount. This is San Diego area. They have many in stock as some have been sitting for quite some time with dead batteries.
How did i do? Some of the rebate will go away 1/2/24.
Good work man. I love a new vehicle as much as anyone and these vans leave little to be desired, heck even the Millennials are buying these things and are proud to drive them. Just be prepared if you decide to tradein or sell in a few years the depreciation on a PacHy is pretty outrageous! Note: Not seeing an extended warranty on your list don't they have a Mopar Max thing for an additional few thousand dollars? I think we can get you over 60k OTD if we add that!2023 PacHy Pinnacle

LOL $10/lb what a unique way to look at the cost of a vehicle. Seems like I saw that somewhere before maybe in the the book "The Millionaire Next Door" where they were talking about what vehicles the true millionaire's purchase? 6Gen must have read that book too LOL. So my 2021 that I bought for 23k minus the 4k Tax Credit minus the 3k for my old van = $16,000 total cash outlay and it weighs what 5000lbs? So that is what $3.20 per lb? I like that price per lb better Hahahahah. The depreciation on these PacHys is BRUTAL.... makes for some killer deals out there in the used car market for poor people like ME that cannot afford to buy new.$10/lb. Not bad for new in the box.
