If you have a 2017+ Pacifica that has required a motor replacement in under 100,000 miles please list the following in this thread. Regardless if it was covered under warranty.
1. Year model
2. Trim level
3. Milage

I’m preparing a list to provide to an attorney for a class action lawsuit. I currently have 53 confirmed cracks in engine blocks due to a possible casting error in the blocks itself with milage less than 70k miles.

I just received another recall notice about this thing setting on fire again. Do you suspect your attorney has heard about these? I’m seriously considering trying to take some legal action. I’m now again, unable to charge or drive or park this car near my house or other vehicles. This is getting crazy!

Hi, not sure if you are still working on this but we have 2017, Limited, with ~80,500 miles on it, and have dealt with this issue for 4 months. My continued thread can be found here:

Let us know if Chrysler Cares does anything. Their strategy seems to be to reach out, kill a few weeks pretending to care and then tell you they’ll do nothing. Divide and conquer! I don’t care how many of these engines they’ve built—there are just too many that fail just outside the warranty with nearly identical circumstances. They need to admit there is a design flaw and make good with those of us who have had to buy new engines. Unconscionable!

Please add us to your list of blown engines on the Chrysler Pacifica. Ours is a 2018 Touring Plus, and it had 76,494 miles on it when the engine failed. Prior to that, we had a series of problems that were apparently warning signs of potential failure, that the dealer failed to diagnose. And lots of other unrelated problems with the battery, rear gate opening and check engine lights. It’s been a lemon of a vehicle for us.
