We have a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica that supposedly has hydrolocked due to a bad head gasket ore other only $110,000 MI what should we do, class action suit?
Class action will not cut it. You are way past the manufacturer's warranty.

If you have a 2017+ Pacifica that has required a motor replacement in under 100,000 miles please list the following in this thread. Regardless if it was covered under warranty.
1. Year model
2. Trim level
3. Milage

I’m preparing a list to provide to an attorney for a class action lawsuit. I currently have 53 confirmed cracks in engine blocks due to a possible casting error in the blocks itself with milage less than 70k miles.

Add mine to the list:

2017 Limited 84,000 miles.

Rough idle only when warm, followed by a misfire in cylinder 1. Dealership first claimed a failing fuel injector but when that didn't fix it they found the head gasket had failed leaking oil & coolant into cylinder 1. I had to get rid of it as the value of the Pacifica has tanked & it wasn't worth repairing. Although we loved our van, these engines have a serious issue. Ours never overheated or signs of loss of coolant. Oil cooler upgraded to the Dorman unit just a month after purchasing as the dealership over tighten the cap when they serviced it & I could not for the life of me get it off.

Yes, we have a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus that needed a complete engine replacement at 76,494 miles. Chrysler supposedly paid half but our share was still $6,000. And the new engine doesn’t run like a new engine—runs rough and there is a constant burning smell. Jenna H

woah, how did you manage to do that?
It appears Debbie has not posted on the forum for almost a year, so please do not hold it against her if she doesn't respond. She has most likely moved on

Needs a completely new engine.
Dealership said 12k+ and not worth it to fix
I’m working with Chrysler Cares and escalated the situation. I’m in CA and have documentation proving it’s had issues since 40k miles. Under CA lemon law, I might qualify to have it fixed but idk. The dealership has been fantastic and a mechanic told me to sue them. It’s shouldn’t happen with such low mileage.

I sent my info to the company that did the transmission lawsuit and I’m waiting to hear back. I was planning on calling today.

Have you followed up with that law firm? What did they say?
